Built to meet the tough standards of forestry cutting and harvesting, the PROKUTSensomatic automatic chainsaw chain grinder is easy to transport, mount and set up.The PROKUT Sensomatic grinder is an automatic sharpening machine which sharpens thecutting tooth, shapes the gullet and adjusts the raker in one motion. Duringsharpening it touches the cutting edge of the tooth three times in the process toenable razor sharp cutting. The grinder is fully adjustable in accordance with thesize of the cutting link and the length of the saw chains. It takes only a fewmanual adjustments and then the grinder will operate all by itself. All angles,depths and lengths can be adjusted according to the manufacturer’srecommendations and the speed is stepless. On the digital counter you dial in thenumber of cutting links of the saw chain. Then you simply start the grinder and itwill automatically stop when the selected number of cutting links have been groundand are ready to use.The grinder can cut up to 4 mm per tooth and can easily be adjusted to cut as isrequired, this without any colour change of the cutting link (turning blue) or lossof the hardening quality. Thanks to a very efficient construction with few movingparts our grinding machines require a minimum of maintenance. On top of that thereis no need for water cooling which further simplifies operation.Another time saving feature on the PROKUT Sensomatic automatic chainsaw chaingrinder is the high speed option on the depth gauge grinder. The grinders stand hastwo supporting wheels in order to accommodate a wide variety of chain loops from1/4”, .325, 3/8" and .404” as well as 3/8” Skip tooth. The PROKUT Sensomaticgrinder also includes an exhaust pipe system and air cooling making this grinder aperfect choice for those who work with many chains pitches in a professionalenvironment.
